An immersive theatre experience and walkabout act inspired by the 1780's Parisian glamour. This band of impish ladies will add flamboyant decorum and audaciousness to any occasion!

Trapped in a wardrobe for several millennium and devoured by moths, a mob of mischievous mademoiselle's break free and are let loose into the 21st century. In awe of technology and how times have changed, the ladies interact with the public in their venture to take and upload the most perfectly poised photo! Watch as they glide, dance and pose across any backdrop, guaranteed to catch the attention and excitement of passersby.

But they’re not all glitz and glamour, watch them tipple, topple and tumble around at the expense of your entertainment. With photo frames, cameras and accessories attached to their moth masticated rags, the fabulous femmes will email images directly to the audience members or upload them onto our online social media profile for all to see!

MOTH Physical Theatre is formed of 5 female graduates of the Physical Theatre course at East 15 Acting School. Our vision as a company is to create theatre that imitates real life utilising performance techniques such as circus, clown, mask, aerial, puppetry, tumbling and storytelling. We want our work to reach out to all walks of life; bringing theatre and live performance to people’s doorsteps through festivals, events and site-specific performances. We want our audiences to laugh, dream and debate.
